Our Story

Grey Heron is an Apéro Café that serves coffee and pastries and then switches to aperitif cocktails in the afternoon to early evening.  From the team behind Freemans and Banzarbar, Grey Heron offers innovative coffee drinks, non-alcoholic drinks, low- ABV cocktails and full-strength classics.  Come join us on this iconic NYC corner of Bleecker and the Bowery and watch the world walk by.

Hours

Wednesday to Sunday: 11:00am to 6:00pm

We are in previews doing coffee service only while we wait for our final liquor license.
